+ What is the treatment like?
Natural therapy
1) Who can benefit from our
treatments?
People with chronic pain conditions,
especially those who have unsuccessfully tried pain
killers, other treatments or rested at home, should
benefit from the treatments.
2) How is Natural Wellness different
from other GP clinics, Specialist clinics, Spa Massage,
Physiotherapy, Osteopathic, Chiropractors and other
interventions?
Most medical clinics often focus mostly on
education and medications. Specialist clinics often focus
on more invasive surgical and non-surgical procedures,
steroid injections, Electro-magnetic, TENs, laser or disc
replacement. These procedures are unnecessary or may not
be appropriate for some patients. Physiotherapists focus
mostly on manual treatment, strong massage, heat
treatment and aggressive strengthening exercises.
Osteopaths and Chiropractors favor the aggressive high
velocity low-amplitude trusting manipulations.
At Natural Wellness, our Therapists adopt
a comprehensive approach to understand and assess the
underlying issue of your problem. The focus is towards
gentler methods which is natural, safe, gentle, non
invasive and drug-free approach to your health. We
advocate a holistic approach which considers your mind
and body as a whole.

or Risky?

practical, safe, gentle, effective and friendly and
non-invasive are available for us to manage your
conditions. The procedures are extremely safe and do not
involve invasive procedures or dangerous
manipulations.
4) How effective are the treatments
and how many treatments are required?
Everyone’s condition and physical
characteristics are different from the other. It is
unlikely that we will ever have solid evidence for manual
techniques we use due to the extensive research and
scientific support that would be required that techniques
work best combined with evolving medical
practices.
But we have positive outcome from our
patients that their conditions or complaint have improved
and they can return to their previous level of daily
activities. In our practices most patient experience some
improvement in 2 to 5 sessions, but some may need more
sessions to further achieve their health goals and
physical performance
5) Can I continue my work after a
treatment session?
Yes. Our Therapist will design an
effective treatment setting plan to allow you to return
to your environment.
6) Are The
Treatments Affordable?
Your treatment cost depends on your
specific condition and number of sessions
needed.
Our patients find the total treatment
expenses more cost-effective than paying for pain
killers, neuromuscular disorder medications, steroid
injections, surgical procedures or manipulation treatment
packages.
7) How
long is each session?
Natural Wellness consultation may run for
about 30 to 60 minutes. Natural Wellness health care
allows for 30 minute sessions when scheduling
appointments. Longer or shorter sessions may be
recommended by your practitioner depending on your
specific needs.
8) How
many sessions will I
need?
Of course the number of sessions required
will vary between persons and specific complaints.
Several factors may play a role in how many consultations
may be required, such as -
For most common complaints, patients
require between two to six consultations. These
consultations will be generally spaced out with a minimum
of two days, and a maximum of 7-14 days between sessions.
Discuss your treatment plan with your Therapist to get an
idea of how long it may take to resolve your specific
concerns.
9) How
long will a treatment session normally
last?
At the first visit, the duration of a
treatment session is longer than at subsequent visits,
approximately thirty minutes or more. This is because the
Natural Wellness would have to take a full history and
conduct an examination before deciding on the management
plan
10) What
should I wear to the center?
It would be best to be attired in clothing
that is easily removed as patient gowns are provided
here. If the lower half of the body needs to be treated,
trousers that can be easily rolled up should be worn. If
not, a gown would be provided.
